We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bridal Gems. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply to all returns or exchanges. If your item does not comply with the following conditions, the return or exchange will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products:
To insure the highest quality possible on our products, we fully inspect each product before it ships. We also fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory and workmanship defects. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will arrange for return shipping and provide you with a full refund or exchange minus original shipping and handling charges, provided the conditions listed in our return policy above are met.
Personalized Products:
Products that have been engraved, embroidered, or otherwise personalized are not eligible for return or refund, except where provided for within our return policy for "Damaged or Defective Products."
